1) Fixed the bug when second click on a monster gave 'cannot resolve' message and no attack
2) Improved chat window mouse scroll speed
3) Further UI improvements
4) Attempted fixes to cross server chats
5) Some fixes to ambient volume menu settings, still need to do weather volume
6) Fixed the sudden lighting changes when moving around the adventurers guild building
