1) Added a tip panel that cycles through tips,
players can submit tips for approval to use
2) Fixed some camera issues when going through doors and portals
3) When looting chests the relevant storage space is now checked (bag, building, etc)
4) Fixed the dead ends in the forest scout procedurally generated instances
